We keep things simple, clean, and fair — just like a good hair routine.

Because Salty Dude products are personal care items, we have a few non-negotiables to protect everyone.

Opened Products = Final Sale

Once a product has been opened or used, the sale is final.
No exceptions. This is purely for hygiene and safety reasons — we don’t recycle hair products.

Unopened Products

Changed your mind before cracking it open? Fair.

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

1) Product must be unopened and unused

2) Original packaging required

3) Proof of purchase required

Store Credit Only

Approved returns are refunded as store credit only.

Why store credit?

• It never expires
• You can use it on anything we drop next
• It keeps Salty Dude prices fair for everyone

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order shows up damaged or we sent the wrong thing, that’s on us.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with:

1) Your order number

2) A photo of the issue

We’ll take care of it.

Return Shipping

Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
